Order details:

In April, ETANG received an urgent inquiry from a Thai customer, who requested ETANG to complete the processing of the stop collar and rigid centralizer within 20 days according to the customized drawings sent by the customer and send them for air transportation.

ETANG immediately launched an emergency response plan for urgent demands, achieving full-process optimization and coordination from raw material allocation, production planning to process improvement. Ultimately, it took 13 days to complete the production of this order.

After the production is completed, we accept the strict inspection by the third-party inspection company entrusted by the customer, and all products pass the inspection. Subsequently, we immediately adopted the fastest delivery method to safely and promptly deliver the products to the location designated by the customer. ETANG has completed the entire service chain from production to delivery.
