Usually, the mill-out extension is above the seal bore extension, and the standard packer milling tool can mill off the packer. If the tubing is greatly expanded and contracted, it is recommended to add some spacer pipes to the seal assembly to reduce the friction of the seal in the seal bore extension barrel.
